Registration certificate

You can request registration certificate from Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (GPS) (stagiairespostdoc@umontreal.ca). A service fee of $20,25 will apply. 

Completion fellowship certificate

At the end of your postdoctoral fellowship, upon the recommendation of the professor directing the postdoctoral research and of the chair of the academic or research unit in question, you can request an official Certificate of completion of your Postdoctoral Fellowship issued by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. 

To receive this certificate, it is important to request it from the ESPs by sending an email to the address : stagiairespostdoc@umontreal.ca, and specifying “Certificate of completion” in the subject of your email.

Note that you must attach to your email the Postdoctoral Internship Certification Recommendation Form, signed by your internship supervisor and the director of the academic unit.
